Create personal altars using natural elements and personal tokens, reflecting your spiritual journey and intentions. Experience the ancient practice of feather smudging, using the smoke of sacred herbs to cleanse and purify your energies.

Day 1: 3pm Arrival, Dinner, Meet Vesna, and Cacao Ceremony.
Embark on your journey with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, where the sacred cacao plant will guide us into deeper connection and intention-setting. The rich, ceremonial cacao will awaken our senses and align our energies for the days ahead. Following this, we will engage in the craft of creating "Ojo de Dios," or "God's Eye," a traditional spiritual object that embodies protection and guidance. This activity will help us weave our intentions into a tangible form, setting the tone for our transformative journey.

Day 2: Temazcal and Sharing Circle
Immerse yourself in the ancient ritual of the Temazcal, a traditional sweat lodge ceremony that purifies the body and spirit. Guided by skilled facilitators, we will enter this sacred space to cleanse ourselves and release what no longer serves us. Afterward, we will gather in a sharing circle, a supportive environment where we can express our experiences, insights, and emotions. Day 3: Visit to Cenote and Sound Healing
Venture out to explore a nearby cenote, a natural sinkhole filled with crystal-clear waters. Swimming in these sacred waters will rejuvenate your body and spirit, offering a refreshing break from the jungle's embrace. Upon returning to Lunita, we will immerse ourselves in a sound healing session, where the soothing vibrations of various instruments will harmonize our energies and facilitate deep relaxation and healing.

Day 4: Altar Creation and Feather Smudging
Today, we will engage in the creation of personal altars, sacred spaces that reflect our intentions and spiritual journey. Using natural elements and personal tokens, we will craft altars that serve as focal points for our meditation and reflection. Day 5: Integration Circle, Tree Planting, Hug Ceremony, and Tacos Tour
As our journey nears its end, we will gather around a fire for an integration circle, sharing our insights and experiences from the retreat. This circle will help us process and integrate the profound transformations we've undergone. In the spirit of giving back to the Earth, we will participate in a tree planting ceremony, symbolizing our connection to nature and our commitment to nurturing new growth. Following this, we will engage in a heartfelt hug ceremony, deepening our bonds with one another. To conclude the day, we will embark on a delightful tacos tour, savoring the local flavors and celebrating our shared journey.

I checked into a rehab facility for meth addiction in Scottsdale AZ. There I was assigned Vesna Matic as my counselor. I was very intrigued by her calmness and patience during group sessions. Her classes were different from all the others, which revolved around spirituality and universal connections. This excited me since I was already very aware of the changing patterns of the stars but didn’t know how exactly they were affecting me personally. My favorite topic was when Vesna spoke about the new moon and how it might make one feel. I immediately was made aware of my own feelings through meditation in groups and one on one with Vesna.
Vesna has helped me reach childhood traumas that I had repressed for most of my life. She made me realize that I have never actually grieved these events. I continue to see Vesna weekly through WhatsApp since I am working in Hawaii. I am grateful to God to have met Vesna and know the universe has placed her in my life.
