I’ve just returned from an amazing journey to Bosnia and Herzegovina, where I had the opportunity to connect deeply with the sacred energy of my ancestral homeland. One of the most transformative parts of my journey was exploring the tunnels of the Pyramid of the Sun.

It seems that during this time of year commercialism has taken over. I remember as a child, Thanksgiving adornment and most certainly, Christmas themes and decorations, didn’t appear until after Halloween. Now we’re being bombarded with these holiday trappings as early as late September and most certainly by the beginning of October.

As I prepare for my upcoming journey to Bosnia, I feel deeply connected to the sacred energy of the places I'll be visiting - Medjugorje and the Pyramid of the Sun. Both are known for their powerful healing energies, and I would love to extend this journey to you in a meaningful way.

Trauma has become a buzzword recently, and it's a popular topic everywhere. On the positive side, this increased awareness helps people recognize that trauma is not an isolated issue and affects many of us. However, the downside is that some individuals and businesses are capitalizing on this important matter.

I have truly been blessed and transformed each time I travel and visit these sacred sites around the globe. This is how I feel about the upcoming journey to Bosnia and Hercegovina this September 15-25th. One of the highlights of this trip will be... 

June 20th marks the summer solstice. Do you feel it approaching? Can you hear the sound of laughter, people splashing around in the pool, the smell of hot dogs, hamburgers and steaks sizzling on the grill? These are just some of the sounds and smells that permeate the air during this time of the year.
